QIDI Rewards Points are virtual rewards you can earn through eligible purchases and selected activities. You can use your points to save on eligible orders at checkout. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or used across different accounts or QIDI stores.

You can earn points by signing up, completing your profile, subscribing to emails, making eligible purchases, referring friends, and participating in selected promotions. Some activities may offer additional or multiplied points during promotional campaigns.

Points from eligible purchases and your first order are issued after the order is delivered and an additional 14-day period has passed. If delivery confirmation is unavailable, points may be issued within 90 days after the order is shipped.

Once you have at least 100 available points, you can redeem them on eligible orders at checkout. 100 points are worth 1 unit of your local checkout currency. Points can be applied to eligible product purchases, subject to the applicable redemption limits.

You can use points for up to 30% of the discounted order subtotal, subject to the maximum redemption limit for your store. The applicable limit may vary by country or region. Points cannot be used toward shipping, taxes, or other excluded items.

Yes. Issued points expire at the end of the same month in the following year. For example, points issued in October 2026 will expire at the end of October 2027. If an order is refunded or canceled, the related points may be adjusted or returned according to the QIDI Rewards Terms.
