QIDI UltraPA-CF25 3D Printer Filament
QIDI UltraPA-CF25 is one type of 3D printing filament with 25% carbon fiber content and a skin-core structure.Using high-temperature nylon as the base material, UltraPA-GF25 has the characteristics of low moisture absorption, high strength, high wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance. The 25% chopped carbon fiber content can improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of printed parts, making it an ideal choice for high-performance engineering applications.

Exceptional Mechanical Properties
Due to UltraPA-CF25's ultra-high bending modulus and 25% carbon fiber reinforcement, UltraPA-CF25's 3D printed products have extremely high rigidity and are suitable for applications with high strength or lightweight requirements.

Filament | PA12-CF | PAHT-CF | UltraPA-CF25 |
Bending strength (X-Y,Annealed) | 124 MPa | 157 MPa | 168 MPa |
Bending modulus (X-Y,Annealed) | 4305 MPa | 6983 MPa | 7466 MPa |
High Dimensional Stability
With UltraPA-CF25, you can achieve industrial-grade precision and excellent dimensional stability in every print. 25% carbon fiber reinforcement reduces problems such as warping and deformation, ensuring your printed parts maintain their precise dimensions. Whether you are working on high-precision prototypes or end-use components, UltraPA-CF25 guarantees a perfect match to your design specifications, allowing you to complete the most demanding projects with confidence.

Excellent layer adhesion
QIDI UltraPA-CF25 uses reinforced fiber coating technology to allow the extruded filament to maintain a stable skin-core structure. The skin-core structure allows the adhesion between the inner and outer layers of the filament to reach the optimal level, completely avoiding the loss of interlayer adhesion. This further improves the Z-axis interlayer strength of the final printed parts compared to pure resin materials. QIDI UltraPA-CF25 is very suitable for printing thin-walled parts and parts with high mechanical performance requirements.

Exceptional Thermal Resistance
QIDI UltraPA-CF25 has excellent thermal resistance and is very suitable for demanding applications that require stability in high temperature environments. Whether it is a functional prototype, end-use part or industrial assembly, it can maintain excellent mechanical properties under thermal stress to ensure reliability.

Printing Tips
Ensure sealing and drying. Nylon materials easily absorb moisture from the environment, which can cause drawing and bubbles to appear during printing, reducing the printing quality.
